What We Offer
Southern Coastal Machinery’s high speed filter cartridge production lines are capable of producing melt blown filter cartridges for virtually any kind of thermoplastic, including PP, PE, PBT, nylon, PPS, PLA, PVOH, PVA, and PET filters and some recycled polymers
CLIMB Machines
CLIMB™ filters can be heavily saturated with carbon to the point where the melt blown fibers make up only a small fraction of the total filter weight.
Nylon Machines
Southern Coastal Machinery nylon melt blown cartridge filter production line can produce cartridges that will remove particles and microorganisms from gases and solvents.
CCFW Machines
Southern Coastal Machinery CCFW machines are based on a modular platform. Micron ratings from 1 micron to 200 micron and gradient density with up to 4 zones.
BFCW Machines
The BCFW is designed to manufacture high performance Meltblown Cartridge Filters, including Carbon-impregnated Cartridge filters, at a fraction of the cost of our CCFW lines.
